Can you install racking we already own, or do we have to buy rack from you?

Quick Answer

Yes. Our certified crews can install or reconfigure pallet racking you already own (as long as it passes a quick safety and compatibility check) so you never have to buy new rack from us unless it truly adds value. If code issues or gaps appear, we can reinforce, repair, or mix in matching rack as needed.

Detailed Answer

Warehouse Cubed’s warehouse consulting services and installation team will install the pallet racking you already own. We begin with a safety-first warehouse safety audit and quick rack inspection to confirm frames, beams, anchors, and decking meet current RMI/ANSI standards and local building codes. Once your equipment is cleared, our warehouse layout design engineers model the new aisle pattern, run load calculations, and prepare any permit drawings. Certified installers then anchor, shim, and plumb each bay so your operation goes live fast and stays compliant.

If we find bent uprights, missing hardware, or mismatched parts, you still keep control of the project. Options include on-the-spot pallet rack repair kits, sourcing compatible used parts, or blending in new pallet racking systems that match capacity and connection style, all without scrapping usable steel. Because the same crews also handle conveyor systems, safety equipment, and broader material handling systems integration, your existing rack can be folded into a larger warehouse optimization or automation upgrade without bringing in extra contractors.

Bottom line: you are never required to purchase rack from Warehouse Cubed. But when expansion or replacement makes sense, we can supply properly rated new or used racks, coordinate freight, and install everything so old and new rows function and look like one seamless, higher-density system.
