Powering Your Facility with Smart Low-Voltage Infrastructure
From data networks and surveillance to building-wide automation
Low-Voltage Systems for Connected Facilities
Warehouse cabling forms the network that serves equipment throughout a facility. It connects scanners, computers, access points, cameras, controls, and other devices. A well-planned low-voltage cabling installation provides steady connections and leaves room for future changes.
We design and install warehouse network infrastructure around the building, rack layout, work areas, devices, and daily schedule. Services can include structured cabling, warehouse Wi-Fi, fiber links, switches, and equipment racks. We also support access control, cameras, and building controls. The network can connect with other smart warehouse systems. This gives people and equipment reliable access to data throughout the facility.

Designed Around Your Warehouse Layout
Structured Cabling Built for Warehouse Environments
Structured cabling gives a warehouse an organized network of pathways, connection points, equipment racks, and labeled cable ends. The design should account for the building height and traffic. It should also support current equipment and plans for growth. We map each device and identify where future drops or access points may be needed.
Cable Pathways Above Racking
Overhead pathways help keep data cabling clear of lift trucks, work areas, and stored products. Routes must also clear racking, sprinkler lines, and lighting. They must work with the roof structure and remain open for future service.
We plan cable trays, supports, conduit, and drop locations with the rack layout. This keeps loose cable from hanging across aisles or work zones. When the building allows it, pathway placement can also make future rack and equipment changes easier.
Connections for Docks and Work Areas
Loading docks may need network drops for computers, printers, cameras, and access controls. Time clocks and other devices may need connections as well. Open doors can expose these areas to dust, moisture, vibration, and changing temperatures. Lift trucks and moving freight also increase the chance of impact.
We place drops and protect cable routes based on the work area and expected exposure. The same planning applies to packing stations, receiving areas, charging zones, offices, and equipment controls. Clear labels and organized cable ends make each connection easier to trace, test, and maintain.
Wi-Fi Coverage for Scanners and Automation
Warehouse Wi-Fi plans must account for rack height, stored materials, device count, and traffic. Interference and movement between aisles can also affect coverage. Scanners need steady roaming through receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping.
Autonomous mobile robots and other warehouse automation may add to the network load. Site details, device needs, and coverage testing help us plan access-point placement and density. We can also provide labeled connections, cable records, network diagrams, and test results. These records make future service and expansion easier to manage.
Unifying your network and control environment
Common Infrastructure Challenges
Disconnected systems, outdated wiring, and poor coverage can slow an entire facility.
Fragmented Network
A patchwork of switches and aging cabling creates bottlenecks and drops. Fiber MDF/IDF uplinks, certified CAT6/CAT6A, and properly configured core/access switching provides a stable, high-throughput backbone.
Warehouse Wi-Fi Gaps
Dead zones in aisles and docks stall scanners and tablets for picking. We add correctly placed APs, and extend runs with certified cabling to deliver continuous, high-coverage connectivity.
Unreliable Security
Cameras miss critical areas and badge readers fail. AI IP cameras with centralized recording and cloud-enabled access controls offer reliable monitoring, mobile credentials, and unified incident response.
Hard-to-Maintain Systems
Unlabeled racks, ad-hoc settings, and mystery cables turn every outage into a hunt. Standardized cabling, documented network diagrams, centralized A/V and access control all speed up troubleshooting.
